All voucher types are strictly non-refundable and they are valid for 12 months.

D1. Visiting a Spa

Spa Etiquette & Dress Code
When purchasing a voucher, users automatically agree to comply with the Spa Etiquette of the Spa they have purchase a voucher. It is the user’s responsibility to get informed about the Spa’s Etiquette and dress code of the spa they have booked.

Cancellations/Non-Arrivals
When purchasing a spa voucher, you are advised to get informed about the cancellation policy of the spa you wish to visit. Most spas do not accept cancellations without 24-hour notice. Best Luxury Spas in Greece is not liable for any cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes for which the Spa failed to provide the service purchased. In this case, the user should contact the Spa for any complaints or refunds.

Medical Conditions
