• Spa etiquette: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment begins to take a moment of calm in our peaceful spa setting. Arriving late will simply limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
• If your treatment involves water therapy, swimsuits are required.
• Please mention any chronic medical conditions at the time of your Spa booking.
•  All bookings are subject to availability.

• In low season the room rates may be lower than the ones purchased. In this case, you will be informed by the hotel reception upon checking in and there will be a credit to your room account that you can use at the spa or at the hotel’s bars and restaurants.
