When you purchase an E-Gift Card, monetary or spa gift card, the recepient will receive an electronic e-card in his/her inbox, The E-Gift Card will be delivered within a short time after purchase or you can schedule the delivery date and time. In order to use the gift card, the receiver should just put the desired spa cosmetics or spa treatments in his/her basket and insert the gift card number at the checkout. If the E-Gift Card includes spa treatments, then the receiver should contact the spa to book his appointment. 

All gift cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged with money.

All gift cards are valid for 24 months since the exact day of purchase (extension of duration is not possible). The expiry date is  stated on the Gift Card. Upon expiry, Gift Cards will be deactivated and all unused value will be forfeited.
