PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

If you’re not happy with your order, please let us know. We are always there to help you in any way that we can.

In the case that you wish to return a purchased product please follow the instructions below.

How to return a purchased product

You may return products ordered on www.bestluxuryspas.gr within 14 days after delivery. The returned products must be unopened, in their package and in a perfect condition.

First contact us at (+30) 2103006654 Monday – Friday 9:30am to 5pm EET or at info@bestluxuryspas.gr in order to inform us about the return.

Then send your package to the following address:

Returns are accepted only for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging (sealed and without damage) without having been used, along with any samples or gifts sent with the order. Refunds will be made on the products and initial delivery charge to the credit card or bank account used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded. For returns of defective products shipping costs incurred will be refunded.
Refunds will be made an average of 30 days following receipt of the package.

SPA EXPERIENCES

Spa experiences, spa vouchers & spa gift certificates are strictly non-refundable and once purchased they cannot be cancelled. They can only be rescheduled.

Bestluxuryspas.gr allows you to purchase a spa voucher for a spa experience which is provided and performed by a third-party supplier.

We do not own or provide any of the products, services, treatments or facilities of the spa experiences purchased. These are provided by third parties with whom we arrange to provide spa vouchers for the use of the above- mentioned experiences.

Once treatments and services are booked, they can be cancelled and rescheduled only with direct contact with the Spa that provides them. Best Luxury Spas does not get involved in any cancellation request or procedure. All cancellation & rescheduling requests must be forwarded to the Spa that provides the treatments and services.

Users must always consult the Spa’s availability and cancellation policy prior purchasing a spa experience. Once they purchase a spa experience, they automatically consent with the Spa’s cancellation policy.
